Mexico seems to survive earthquakes without significant losses

Although it is difficult to shake the residents of Mexico City often shake its frequent earthquakes, the shaking of the most vicious hit here in more than 26 years, they rush through the thousands sent Tuesday on the road.

The building code improves

Tuesday struck some 15 miles deep in the earth near the town of Ometepec, largely depleted the native and the mountains near the Pacific coast to Acapulco. Since the earthquake on the earth, there was no danger of tsunami, officials said.
